What is an InBody?

InBody is a device that uses bioelectrical impedance analysis to determine your body composition. It measures the resistance in your body caused by the different conductivity of various body tissues.

What can InBody do?

The InBody device determines your body composition (muscle mass, fat mass, etc.) and provides general health data (weight, BMI, etc.) segmentally (separately for each body part). Additionally, it assesses your body water, allowing insights into your cellular health. This provides a comprehensive picture of your body constitution.

Why do we use InBody?

We use the InBody as a support tool in therapy to objectively track training progress, identify muscular deficits, gather essential data for therapy planning, communicate with physicians, and more.
